In a step-by-step approach, Alexandra Andrews, Ph.D., will show each participant various techniques to prepare your mind and body for spirit communication using deep breathing, meditation, dream work, symbol interpretation, and energy exercises. Additionally, you’ll learn a brief history of Spiritualism, protection techniques, and the different kinds of spirit beings, angels, spirit guides and elemental energies and their role in communication with Spirit. $15 each session if pre-registered before February 9th.
